GETTING TO ALPENGLOW

Finding out who you are is sometimes the hardest thing to do.

Turning fifteen, having a sister with a mental condition, an absentee father, a mother who wears a mask of being fine ,falling in love , losing a friend all at the start of a worldwide pandemic seems like a  recipe for a bleak life. But for Aretha who is known to her friends as ReRe, this is her life, and she copes with everything by seeing them in colors with the realization that she is Getting to Alpenglow. A place that is not only the setting of an old way of life but the dawning of a bright future.
